Your Wyze account cannot be recovered after deletion. Once deleted, you will lose all cloud recordings, service plans, and use of your Wyze devices in the Wyze app.
Before deleting your Wyze account:
- Factory reset your Wyze devices to completely erase any data stored on the devices themselves.
- Delete your Wyze devices in the Wyze app.
- Cancel all subscriptions purchased via your mobile phone's app store (iOS: App Store, Android: Google Play Store).
To delete your Wyze account:
- Log into your Wyze app on your smart device.
- Tap the Account tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Select Account > Delete account.
- You will see a popup asking you to verify that you understand the results of deleting the account and that you want to proceed.
- Tap the 3 checkboxes then tap Yes, Delete.
- Enter your Wyze account password again and tap Delete.
What happens when you delete your Wyze account:
- You will be sent a code to your email address to confirm the account deletion.
- You must factory reset your Wyze devices to completely erase any data stored on the devices themselves.
- All of your user data will be erased from Wyze, including recordings saved to the Cloud.
- All service plans on your account will be terminated. No refunds will be issued.
- Your Wyze account cannot be recovered.
