After you delete your Wyze account via the Wyze app:
- You will be sent a code to your email address to confirm the account deletion.
- You must factory reset your Wyze devices to completely erase any data stored on the devices themselves.
- All of your user data will be erased from Wyze, including recordings saved to the Cloud.
- All service plans on your account will be terminated. No refunds will be issued.*
- Your Wyze account cannot be recovered.
Additional Notes:
- Any Wyze device that works without a connection to the Wyze app will continue to work, though with minimal features.
- For example: Wyze Scale devices will only measure weight, but this data will not be saved. Wyze Headphones will continue to work over Bluetooth only, but you will not have access to any settings in the Wyze app.
- * If you purchased your subscription via the Wyze app instead of wyze.com, your subscription must be canceled via your phone's app store (iOS: App Store, Android: Google Play Store) to avoid future charges by your app store. Wyze cannot cancel subscriptions managed by third-parties.
