Make sure you didn't submit a log!
Did you go to Account > Wyze Support> Submit a Log in the Wyze app, or did you visit this Help Centre and use your contact options here?
👉 Submitting a diagnostic log in the Wyze app does not generate a support ticket to our support agents. Wyze support agents cannot receive, review, or view log submissions.

Check your spam and junk folders!
Sometimes our replies get filtered into spam or junk folders. Please double-check those areas of your email inbox. If you still can't find it, or a confirmation that we've received your ticket, open a chat here to help find your support ticket or get assistance.
If you submitted a log, we will be able to tell from the Log ID which looks a lot different than a support ticket number. However, support agents cannot view or review, or assist with a log submission.
Is your email inbox full?
We often get "Recipient inbox full" bounce back emails, which means that you can write to us but we can't write back to you. Or, we can, but you won't ever receive our replies - not even to your spam folder.
